Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with RASAGYA. We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, our returns policy is as follows:

1. Return Window: You may return any item within 7 days of delivery. 

2. Reverse Pickup: The cost of reverse pickup will be borne by the customer. 

3. Exchange Policy: We do not offer direct exchanges. Exchanges are only available for size adjustments, subject to availability.

4. Store Credit: All returns will be honoured in the form of store credit. The store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

1. Contact Usinfo@rasagya.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

2. Return Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and approve your return if it meets our policy criteria.

3. Reverse Pickup: Once approved, you will be responsible for arranging the reverse pickup and covering the associated costs. Please ensure the items are returned in their original condition, with all tags and free gifts attached.

4. Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will issue store credit equivalent to the purchase amount. If an exchange for size is requested and available, we will process the exchange and ship the new size to you.

Important Notes:

- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Store credit issued will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
